Membership Procedure

Penllyn Club’s membership recently reached 450 individuals.  Given our grounds, facilities, natural setting, and members’ desire to preserve our low-key, relaxed atmosphere, the Board of Governors has decided to cap membership at this number for the time being.

Our new-member application and admittance policy is as follows.

• All prospects should be directed to the Club’s Membership Chair at penllynmembership@gmail.com

• Prospects will be made aware of the membership freeze and the reasons for it

• Applicants will be given the option to be placed on our waitlist; paddle-only and non-resident categories are excepted

• Membership numbers and the waitlist will be reviewed each season

• Open membership slots will be offered on a “first-come-first-serve basis”; former members, however, will be given priority
