Category Makeup

Membership categories are based on number of people per household. *To qualify as a nonresident, the principal residence must be more than 50 miles from the Club – dues payment covers all in the household.

Payment of Dues

Member-Dues invoices for the coming season will be mailed mid-February. Accounts not paid by May 1st will be charged a $50.00 late-fee. Accounts not paid by June 1st will be charged a $100.00 late-fee. Accounts with Guest Fees and House Charges outstanding beyond 30-days from the Fall-billing will also be subject to a late-fee. Non-payment of the above may result in suspension or termination of Club privileges

Guest Fees and House Charges

Each household will be billed in the Fall for Guest Fees and House Charges such as sodas, water ($1.50 per can/bottle), tennis balls ($4.00 per can), etc. There is an annual House-Charge minimum of $20 for each membership category, except non-residents. Note: charges are $7.00 per visit, per guest; guests are restricted to five visits per year and must be accompanied by the member-host each visit; guest fees are not included in the annual House-Charge minimum.
